Trauma therapy helps to address an overwhelming experience(s) and process feelings and emotions. Counselling can help as it provides a safe space to face your fears and develop grounding tools that can help with functioning on a day-to-day basis.
Rates are set in accordance with the BCACC's recommended rates
1 hour session: $165
1.5 hour session: $215
1 hour session: $185
1.5 hour session: $235
