I offer a variety of counselling services to meet the unique needs of my clients. I specialize in the following areas: Relationship Concerns, Relational Trauma, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Self-Esteem, Disordered Eating, and Stress Management/Burnout.
I believe that every couple has the capacity for growth, intimacy, and connection. I work with a diverse range of concerns, including: Emotional Intimacy, Communication Patterns, Trust & Infidelity, Sexual Intimacy, Family Dynamics, Conflict Resolution, and Life Transitions & Stressors.
